Most patterns go unnoticed.
From the outside, things may appear stable.
Internally, the experience feels very different.
And the reality is, most people around you may not fully understand what you are carrying, repeating, suppressing, or silently navigating.
If you are aware of a pattern you no longer want to repeat,
that is who I work with.
I support you in seeing it clearly enough that the next step becomes a choice: continue repeating it, or consciously interrupt it.
The process is yours, private, confidential, and free from judgement.

My Methodology (OPCR)
Most people try to change behaviour (their own or of others)
without understanding the internal pattern creating it.
My philosophy is that knowing the pattern, naturally eases detachment from it.

Observation
The pattern cannot change while hiding.

You are not reacting to life. You are repeating reactions 'blindly'.

Patterns only survived because you protected them.
